The trick to this level is to target the weak points - which are the coconuts connecting the coconut rows. Cut through the lower sections up to the coconut marked with a X, then bank shots across the other coconut on the left side.
Then remove the section above by targeting the coconuts directly above the column of blue bubbles.
To clear the top section you only need to clear the coconut on one side (The left side is marked with an X) then bank shots behind the section to clear the top row.
You must clear the bubble rack all the way up to the top section before this technique of clearing holes in the top row will work, otherwise the shots above the screen may not have any effect.
The video shows a 3 star game using this technique.
