Straightforward strategy on this level, drop the blue row then the pink row. The top section is connected at the left & right so target these points to drop the central group of bubbles(Marked with a red X).
The rainbow bubbles in the cannon are as below
Although not hard to get a star on this level, I had some difficulty getting the 3 stars, the best tactic was to split the pink row into two drops to get another set of On-Fire bombs.
