Try to remove the corners of the lowest sections - this will give you access to the walls and you may be able to attack the section at its weakest points. Watch the Circle Spawners, and dont waste too many bubbles on them until you are able to drop them. The Steel Bubbles, and getting On Fire are also useful for removing the hazards.
