At the bottom you will only get one chance to drop the row of yellow bubbles, so the first shot is always to shoot the cannon into gap in the row of steel balls, making sure you keep a yellow bubble for the second shot
Above that, use the three center cannons to shoot Fish bubbles into the steel balls, only the Fish bubbles will help because they can change the steel bubbles to regular colored bubbles.. the new Teleporters are no help at all...
