The entire bubble rack is only connected to the top row at three points (see image).
Focus on trying to clear the sides, so that you have a wall to bounce off & more angles to shoot at the center column.
There is a cluster of three Circle Spawners near the top center, which will fill the space around them, if you are unable to destroy them early, focus more going around them on the left & right looking for opportunities to destroy the bubbles attaching them at the top where it narrows.
Mini-Mega Bubbles.
Sometimes it is better to pop the Mini-Mega Bubbles as they will absorb any Circle Spawner near them when they grow Mega (Mini-Mega don't keep growing back like the Spawners do) You can pop a Mini-Mega Bubble with a direct hit byany color shot
