Ghost Bubbles

What are they?

Ghost Bubbles alternate between being regular color bubbles & empty spaces. They toggle with each shot.

When will I first encounter them?

They are introduced in the Mystic Temple region level 1

What do they do?

The Ghost Bubbles are indicated by a translucent white sheen. They will toggle between being a regular color bubble & an empty space with each shot. When they appear as an empty space, they can not be popped, however they can still be dropped by a successful pop of a connecting bubble but the drop will not count  as a fruit drop towards On-Fire mode.

What will get rid of a Ghost Bubble?

When they appear as a colored bubble they can be popped or dropped like any other colored bubble, when they appear as a empty space they can be dropped but not hit..

Is there any strategy I can use for Ghost Bubbles?

Ghost Bubbles are another hazard that can be used to the player's advantage, by remembering which bubbles will disappear, you can anticipate when a fruit drop is possible on the next shot. The main point to remember is that the Ghost Bubble must appear as a colored bubble when it is dropped for it to count as fruit drop for On-Fire mode.
