This level is about beating the Basket Bomb. There is only 25 starting shots so On-Fire Bombs & Boost Bubbles are a definite advantage (Using Bubbles from Friends will take one shot from your cannon), see below on how to get a double Boost Bubble.
The best path is straight through the center, you will have to keep feeding the basket bomb clock, watch the Rotators for possible combinations, but realistically it will depend on the colors of the shots you are given
