Rotators

What are they?

Rotators turn one step on each shot, changing the surrounding bubble combinations with each turn.

When will I first encounter them?

They are introduced in the Twisted Falls region level 138

What do the Rotators do?

They will rotate one step on each cannon shot, in the direction indicated by the arrow on the rotator disc, changing the color combinations of the bubbles around it.

How do I get rid of the Bouncy Bubbles?

You can shoot a Rotator with a Lightning, Coconut, Steel, and Fire bubbles. Sticky Bombs & TNT bubbles will stick in the disc of the Rotator. All other bubbles will bounce off of it if hit directly. Like the other obstacles, you can drop them too.

Is there any strategy I can use against Rotators?

The biggest challenge with Rotators is timing, the rotation is triggered by the first contact of your shot, so if your shot deflects onto the target bubble, the game counts it as a pop not a drop... this may explain why you don't always get to On-Fire mode when you expect to.
The actual Rotator is only the small circle in the center not the disc, so you can shoot through the sides of the disc to reach bubbles behind.
Rotators are also one of the best places to sticka Sticky bomb
