The top priority on this level is the Hurricane Bubbles at the top (Highlighted in Blue). Destroy them before the bubble pack drops low enough on the screen for them to become visible & activate, otherwise getting past them to the Crab babies above is almost impossible..
Start by clearing the dead fish at the bottom. The lower section has ghost bubbles, which give some good opportunities to get to Frenzy mode.When you have the Frenzy bubbles keep clearing a path up the center to the Hurricane bubbles, try not to let the bubble pack drop down too quickly, you do want the Hurricanes to become visible. With the Hurricanes cleared, the remaining Crab babies are in a ring around the center
