The new Peel Wheels are basically a rotator hazard, rotating around a center hub, displayed as a bunch of bananas. The size of the wheel will vary, the game board image highlights the locations & size of the Peel Wheels

To get past the large wheel at the bottom, try starting the game with a steel ball or coconut boost bubble to break the line of coconuts and drop the large Peel Wheel.
Above this the game is divided into two wheels left & right, rather than trying to destroy the center hub, focus on one side, as this will show you enough of the top row to get the 10 holes you nees..
